Portraits of a Miniverse - Shannon Heng

We had the pleasure of creating some Framed Canvas Prints for Singaporean photographer Shannon Heng who specialises in taking macro photography of rare tiny blooms. 

"As a photographer, I have been fascinated by the beauty of miniature orchids, which have generally received little attention given their size, and are often overshadowed by larger, more showy flowers.

My challenge for this exhibition was to capture portraits of these tiny beauties to bring awareness and appreciation of miniature orchids to a wider audience."

In this exhibition, 24 spectacular photographs of miniature orchids from the Amazon region showcase the unexpected beauty of such tiny blooms, the smallest of which only measures 3 mm.

The first 12 photographs will be on display from 14 November till the end of this year. Look out for a new set of 12 photographs from January next year.
